Outreach Assessment Services
SAIFF provides a limited outreach service to locations throughout the Sydney Metropolitan area, regional areas of NSW and Interstate. The counsellor will travel to the client for assessment interviews, rather than the client having to attend the counsellor’s consultation rooms. Outreach interviews are usually held at the local office of the Referring or Contracting Agency or at another agreed location. Interviews are not held within the family/caregiver’s home unless this is necessary for the specific purposes of the assessment.
At the current time, resource limitations mean that SAIFF is unable to provide ongoing counselling services on an Outreach basis. Clients must be able to attend counselling appointments at the counsellor’s consultation rooms.

Referrals by Professionals
You may contact SAIFF either by email or phone to discuss your referral and service options.
SAIFF can provide a quote for services if required for a funding submission or approval.
At the time of referral the counsellor options and locations can be discussed.
